Experience

Prior to private practice, I worked in outpatient mental health settings for several years providing treatment to adults, adolescents, children and families. I have also served for over six years as a mental health & well-being consultant to Tutor Associates where I develop and lead professional development for tutors around topics such as test anxiety & motivation.

My experience encompasses providing psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to individuals from a broad range of racial and socioeconomic backgrounds as well as of varied sexual orientation and gender identity.

In addition to private practice work with patients, I provide supervision to psychoanalytic candidates at NIP, social work interns and other clinicians in the field. I am also an instructor at NIP in the 4 year program for psychoanalysis.

I provide psychotherapy in both English and Spanish.
